Manufacturing of metal structures takes place according to the customer's drawings or in 3 stages:
- design;
- manufacturing;
- installation of metal structures.
Welding of individual elements of metal structures or manufacturing of a fully welded product may be done directly at the customer's site. Processing of metal products includes their bending, cutting, drilling, countersinking, stamping of elements of non-standard form and other types of machining of parts for the future metal structure.
Manufacturing of screw conveyors
Manufacture of screw conveyors of any diameter is performed on the own bending machine DLB100.
The screw conveyors are manufactured from HARDOX450; for more aggressive environments we perform the reinforcement of the screw edge by hardfacing.
If necessary, we will carry out the hardfacing of the screw edge directly on the customer's site, which will extend the service life of the screw.
In welding works we use:
- MIG/MAG - semi-automatic welding with electrode wire in a shielding gas environment - whether inert gas (argon) or active gas (carbon dioxide). It is used for welding steels (including stainless steels) and aluminum alloys.
- TIG - manual welding with non-melting tungsten electrodes, in shielding gas (argon) environment.
- MMA - is used for welding of ordinary quality carbon steels, high-quality steels with various manganese content, low alloy and alloyed, high-temperature and heat-resistant steels, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
