Repair and replacement of damaged metal parts

Our specialists are ready to make the necessary lining (Hardox 450 and Hardox 500) on metal structures that are subject to wear, both at our own production facilities and directly at the customer's facilities. We'll elaborate the most effective schemes for using of our lined materials. We also use the restoration of worn out areas by fusing on a particularly strong welding wire.

In the case of cracks in metal structures our specialists will perform:

• visual inspection of the damaged part;
• magnetic particle or ultrasonic flaw detection of the part (non-destructive testing method);
• elimination of cracks. Surface cracks in welded structures are eliminated in the following order: the ends of the crack are drilled so that it would not spread further along the seam, then the crack is removed mechanically or gouged, after which the defect removal place is cleaned and welded up.
• internal cracks (as also the other internal defects) are eliminated mechanically or gouged, followed by welding up of this area.
